Larawan

Yaring mumunting buhay na may kakulangan,
Bawat ngiti'y may nakatagong kalungkutan,
Sa bawat pagsulyap, pagbalik sa kahapon,
Ramdam ang sakit sa larawan mong binaon.

Ang pagpilit na pag-usad at ang paglimot,
Sa nobelang katapusa'y masalimuot,
At pagbaba sa alaalang bahag-hari,
Ang nagdulot sa pusong tuluyang masawi.

Sa 'king pagmumuni-muni'y may nasilayan,
Ilaw- pag-asang papawi sa kalungkutan,
Aking desisyo'y walang pag-aalinlangan,
Pagkakataong ito'y agad nang sinunggaban.

Ang dulot noon ay tuluyan kong pagbangon,
Upang labanan, mga malalaking alon,
Tanging sandata'y lawaran mong itinabi,
Wag sanang magdulot ng muling pagkasawi...

At sa huli, kung masawi'y di magsisisi,
Dahil sa 'king pagpanaw, dala-dala'y ngiti,
Pagka't larawan sa puso'y di magkukubli,
Pagkatao ko'y, kaw lamang nagmamay-ari......

A feeling that makes me walk in the clouds
A feeling that makes me decide to give up my wings
And walk with you on the seashore, as birds sing their sweet melody above us.

I melt with your gaze
I love the way you look at me
You look at me as if there's no more tomorrow

Truly is, Love is a delightful feeling
Specially when the love is real and pure.
Honest and patience
That's the way you love.

What can I do with this feeling?
It's forbidden but I can't help
It's like a big wave that even Moses can't stop it
It's pounding like hell inside my ribcage

Oh how sad that this love of mine is late
Only I can offer is the purest meaning of friendship
But don;t take away my freedom to dream of you
For in my dreams, you are my maiden

Your smiles brings diverse emotions within
You're the reason why a smile sheer in my lips
Your face I can't forget even if I fall asleep
Your lips whom I cant resist to kiss
Your arms I can't wait to wrap around me
And the way you looked at me brought a blaze of felicity

I dream that your hands fitted with mine
I dream to walk next to you someday
You paint a rainbow in my dark skies
You were the dream I yearn to come
I can seize all the encumbrances the world may give
But I cant fend my day without a glance of YOU...

Somewhere in Between

Tears were about to fall down
The time you walk into my world
You smiled at me and I felt so ashamed
You make my world so idyllic
Then, out of the blue all my troubles were gone
You name my tears into laughter’s

You are the reason in every smile
That sheer on my lips
You conveyed every happiness that linger with in
Unknowingly, you make this heart of mine to live again
Every day you put a life in every sense of me
Before I closed my eyes at night
I whispered a little prayer that it will last forever

But as the wind bristles from east to west
As the bees kissed in every flowers that blooms
And bequeathed them on their very eye
As the Barbara Streisand song “Some good things never last”
You suddenly flee in my arms

Tears cascade from my eyes
As I watched you walking away from me
I try to hold your hand and call your name
But you never turned at me
I tightly closed my eyes
And hope it was just a dream

But when I slowly opened my eyes
Hope to see you at my side
But you already gone
Tears keep on falling as it will never ceased
Twinge shatters my soul

Out of obliviousness, I ask questions
I yell and weep in the darkness
Melancholy enfold my bemused world
In silence I seek answers to myself
But you’re gone
And I’m left here somewhere in between

I wrote this poem 2 years ago..hehe

Your sweet smile painted on my brain
Your melodious laughter recorded on my eardrum
Your wisdom embedded on my soul
And your love tattooed in my heart

Nothing is permanent in this world
Even you and me
As your smile, laughter, wisdom and love
Is about to end

I can't offer anything
But my unending admiration
My soulful thank you
And my endless support

Not easy to say goodbye
But goodbye leads to another door of many hellos
My heart is in sorrow, but pain does not stay
So long, and thank you.
