Hi! Welcome to Friendship Factor! This document is meant to orient you through the features Friendship Factor forum has to offer. Please, feel free to ask questions either by contacting a moderator, me or by posting at the
Site Feedbcks section.
Registration:Becoming a registered member of Friendship Factor will cost you nothing and will greatly increase your access and abilities within our site. By registering, you are giving yourself access to the thousands of quotes and beautiful stories available here at Friendship Factor, the ability to join with us with forum discussions, the ability to chat and access to areas accessible by members only.
Setting your profile:While certainly not required, new members are strongly encouraged to update their profile. How personal you get is entirely up to you – most of our members remain anonymous but it’s all your choice. Setup your signature, profile picture and avatars. All of these features can be accessed via your
User Control (My Control). Your signature is a few lines placed at the end of all your private messages and posts which may contain your name, nick name, a funny quote, your url or anything you desired. Your profile picture appears on your profile and your avatar is a smaller image of yourself or anything else which appears in all your posts.
Nothing here is required but again, the more you post the better others will understand who you are and what you are all about. Feel free to start with some basic facts and as time goes on you can come back to add more information.
Notes:- We encourage you to read our
forum guidelines before going anywhere. This will give you an idea on how to behave in this community.
- We also encourage you to let us know something about you. Upon registration, a topic is created automatically to welcome you and to let other members that you have join our community. You could give us a Hi there on the topic created for you. By the way, that topic will also serve us your personal room in this forum. All welcome topics are located
here.
- Respect other users, respect threads and respect the policies of this board and you will have a great time here.
